Payment Structure

We value the time, expertise, and commitment of our educators. Here’s how compensation is structured:

Educator Compensation

The Certified Professional Kink Practitioner Program is built through collaboration with experienced educators and practitioners across the kink community.

Educators who contribute curriculum to the program are compensated through a combination of honorarium and revenue share, recognizing both the intellectual labor involved in creating educational content and the long-term value of that work.

Foundational Module Educators

Educators who develop a foundational training module receive:

Honorarium:
$500 upon submission and approval of recorded curriculum.

Revenue Share:
5% of foundational program revenue distributed across all foundational educators.

Revenue share payments are distributed quarterly and continue for as long as the educator’s curriculum remains part of the program.

Specialty Mastery Track Educators

Educators who develop specialty mastery track curriculum receive:

Honorarium:
$1,000 upon submission and approval of recorded curriculum.

Revenue Share:
10% of enrollment revenue for their specific mastery track.

Mastery tracks require deeper engagement and specialized expertise, and revenue share reflects the educator’s ongoing contribution to that specialty training.

Intellectual Property

Educators retain authorship and credit for their work.

Revenue share continues as long as the educator’s curriculum remains in use within the program.

If the curriculum is retired or replaced in future program updates, the educator’s participation in revenue share will conclude.

Guest Educators

Occasionally, guest educators may be invited to contribute specialized lectures or workshops.

Guest speaker compensation varies depending on the nature of the session.
